- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Drain excess fat.
- Add onion, carrots, and celery; sauté until tender (about 5-7 minutes).
- Stir in garlic, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, thyme, salt, pepper, and beef broth; simmer for 5-10 minutes until thickened.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, milk, eggs, and salt until smooth. Let rest for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and melt butter in a muffin tin.
- Pour batter halfway into each muffin cup and top with meat filling.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
