Description

A refreshing and healthy mixed berry smoothie made with frozen fruits and yogurt.


Ingredients

Scale
  • ¼ cup frozen blueberries
  • ¼ cup frozen raspberries
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup cranberry juice
  • ½ cup rolled oats (or instant oats)
  • ½ cup plain yogurt (use plant based yogurt for vegan)
  • 1 large banana (peeled and sliced)

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to the jar of a high-speed blender.
  2. Tip – If the berries are frozen for a long time, just thaw them for 10 minutes for easy blending.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Add some milk if the smoothie is thick for your liking. Check for sweetness and add some sweetener (honey, maple syrup, agave nectar, etc) if needed.
  5. Pour into 2 tall serving glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Add a few ice cubes to each glass if you like your smoothie super chilled.
