Description
A refreshing and healthy mixed berry smoothie made with frozen fruits and yogurt.
Ingredients

- ¼ cup frozen blueberries
- ¼ cup frozen raspberries
- ½ cup frozen strawberries
- ½ cup cranberry juice
- ½ cup rolled oats (or instant oats)
- ½ cup plain yogurt (use plant based yogurt for vegan)
- 1 large banana (peeled and sliced)
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to the jar of a high-speed blender.
- Tip – If the berries are frozen for a long time, just thaw them for 10 minutes for easy blending.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add some milk if the smoothie is thick for your liking. Check for sweetness and add some sweetener (honey, maple syrup, agave nectar, etc) if needed.
- Pour into 2 tall serving glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
- Add a few ice cubes to each glass if you like your smoothie super chilled.
