Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 1 box graham crackers

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract and beat until combined.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is fluffy and well incorporated.
  4. Spread a thin layer of the cream mixture in a 9×13-inch dish to coat the bottom.
  5. Add a single layer of graham crackers, breaking them as needed to fit.
  6. Spread one-third of the cream cheese mixture over the crackers.
  7. Add a layer of sliced strawberries over the cream.
  8. Repeat the layering process two more times: graham crackers, cream, strawberries.
  9. Finish with a final layer of the cream cheese mixture and top with strawberries.
  10. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For best results, refrigerate overnight.
