- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
- 1 box graham crackers
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract and beat until combined.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is fluffy and well incorporated.
- Spread a thin layer of the cream mixture in a 9×13-inch dish to coat the bottom.
- Add a single layer of graham crackers, breaking them as needed to fit.
- Spread one-third of the cream cheese mixture over the crackers.
- Add a layer of sliced strawberries over the cream.
- Repeat the layering process two more times: graham crackers, cream, strawberries.
- Finish with a final layer of the cream cheese mixture and top with strawberries.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours before serving.
Notes
- For best results, refrigerate overnight.
- Feel free to add more strawberries on top for a beautiful presentation.
