Description
A quick and easy s’mores recipe using graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallows.
Ingredients

- 24 squares graham crackers (broken in half, 2 for each one)
- 6 bars chocolate (Hersheys broken in half, 1 for each)
- 12 large marshmallows (1 for each)
Instructions
- Preheat broiler on high.
- Lay 12 grahams that have been broken in half down on a sheet pan.
- Top each half with half a bar of chocolate with 1 large marshmallow on top of that with the flat side facing up.
- Slide into the oven with the light on so you can watch this process as it will occur very fast.
- Once the top of the marshmallow gets dark golden brown take it out. You want it to start to smoke a bit on top so that the middle of it will be soft as well before taking out; this will take about 30 seconds.
- Or preheat to 350 degrees F and heat for 3-5 minutes until browned and chocolate is melting.
- Immediately place the second half of the graham cracker on top of each one.
- Carefully lift each one off and serve on top of a napkin. Having wet wipes handy is helpful because these can be sticky when enjoyed.
Notes
- Watch closely while broiling as the marshmallows can burn quickly.
