Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder

- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup salted caramel sauce
- 1 cup chocolate frosting
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a round cake pan.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla, and beat briefly until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the salted caramel sauce gently to create ribbons.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a rack to cool completely.
- Frost with chocolate frosting and drizzle extra salted caramel on top.
