Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash and scrub the russet potatoes, then cut each into thick wedges.
- In a bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange the seasoned wedges in a single layer on the baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crispness.
- Remove from the oven when golden brown; let cool slightly before serving.
