Delicious buffalo chicken sliders made with shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and cheese.

- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lbs)
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 12 slider buns
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Place chicken in the prepared dish and cover with foil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through (165°F/74°C).
- Let chicken rest briefly before shredding with two forks.
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken and buffalo sauce, mixing until well-coated.
- Assemble sliders by placing buffalo chicken on each bun, then top with cheese and lettuce.
- Serve on a platter drizzled with ranch dressing.
