Description

Succulent sirloin steak bites sautéed in a rich garlic butter sauce for a quick and delicious meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the sirloin steak into bite-sized pieces and season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak bites for about 2 minutes on each side until browned.
  3. Reduce heat to low, add butter and minced garlic to the pan, stirring until the butter melts and the garlic is fragrant.
  4. Toss the cooked steak bites in the garlic butter until well coated. Serve immediately.
