- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut the sirloin steak into bite-sized pieces and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak bites for about 2 minutes on each side until browned.
- Reduce heat to low, add butter and minced garlic to the pan, stirring until the butter melts and the garlic is fragrant.
- Toss the cooked steak bites in the garlic butter until well coated. Serve immediately.
