- 1 cup almond butter
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond butter, cocoa powder, honey, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add baking soda and salt, and mix well.
- Fold in dark chocolate chips if using.
- Pour the batter into a greased 8×8 inch baking pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until set.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Store brownies in an airtight container for up to a week.
- These brownies can also be frozen for longer storage.
