- 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

- ¾ cup red velvet cake mix
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and butter together in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in the vanilla extract until well incorporated.
- Add red velvet cake mix to the melted chocolate mixture and stir until fully combined into a thick coating.
- Pour Rice Chex cereal into a large bowl.
- Drizzle the red velvet coating over the cereal and gently mix until evenly coated.
- Transfer the coated cereal into a large zip-top bag.
- Add powdered sugar to the bag, seal it, and shake vigorously until fully coated.
- Spread onto a baking sheet lined with parchment to cool and set.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
