Ingredients
Scale
- 1 block cream cheese (8 oz)
- 1 can chili (15 oz)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions (optional)
- Tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced baguette (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly grease a small baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
- Spread the cream cheese evenly across the bottom of your baking dish. Soften in the microwave if needed for easier spreading.
- Pour the chili over the cream cheese layer and spread evenly.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese in a thick, even layer.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Broil for 2 minutes if you’d like a golden top.
- Remove from oven, let it sit for a minute, then top with chopped green onions if using. Serve hot with your favorite dippers.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, consider adding some jalapeños.
- Make ahead by assembling and refrigerating, then bake when ready to serve.
