Ingredients

- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish (or more to taste)
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- ground black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Get your ingredients ready.
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Stir well.
- Refrigerate until ready to use, at least 30 minutes and up to 3 days. Serve cold, stir through again before serving.
Notes
- This dip pairs well with vegetables, chips, or as a topping for meats.
- Adjust the amount of horseradish to taste for more or less heat.
