- 1 can (14 oz) Artichokes, chopped
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 0 tsp Garlic Powder

- 0 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Begin by chopping the artichokes into small pieces and cutting the cream cheese into eight cubes for even melting.
- In your slow cooker, combine the cubed cream cheese, chopped artichokes, sour cream, mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Stir gently to mix.
- Next, top the mixture with the fresh spinach. Make sure to distribute the spinach evenly.
- Cover the slow cooker and set it to low heat for 2 hours. Stir after the first hour.
- After 2 hours, check the dip for a creamy consistency and melted cheese. Serve immediately.
