Instructions
- Prepare the Crust:
- Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter in a bowl until the mixture resembles wet sand.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Refrigerate the crust for about 30 minutes to set.
- Prepare the Filling:
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add Nutella, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the Nutella mixture until fully incorporated.
- Assemble the Cheesecake:
- Pour the Nutella filling over the set crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Garnish and Serve:
- Before serving, optionally garnish with chopped hazelnuts and chocolate shavings.
- Carefully remove the cheesecake from the springform pan and slice.
