Description

A delicious no-bake pie featuring a creamy peanut butter filling and an Oreo crust.


Ingredients

  • 25 Oreo cookies (crushed)
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 ¼ cups powdered sugar
  • 8 oz whipped topping (thawed)
  • 2 tablespoons semi-sweet chocolate chips (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a 9-inch pie pan with non-stick spray and set aside.
  2. Using a food processor, crush the Oreo cookies. Place in a medium bowl.
  3. Melt the butter and pour over the crushed cookies. Stir to combine until it looks like wet sand.
  4. Press the cookie mixture into the bottom and sides of the pan.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
  6. Meanwhile, in the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the softened cream cheese and creamy peanut butter. Mix until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  7. Add in the powdered sugar and mix well.
  8. Add in the whipped topping and mix until smooth, scraping down the sides often.
  9. Pour the peanut butter filling into the prepared crust, spreading until even.
  10. Place in the fridge and allow to cool for approximately 4 hours.
  11. To serve, melt the chocolate chips and drizzle over the top of the pie. Slice and serve.

  • Ensure the cream cheese is at room temperature for the best mixing results.
  • This pie can be made a day in advance for easier serving.
