Delicious chocolate cookies with sprinkles, perfect for any occasion!
Ingredients

- 1 box (15 oz) Chocolate cake mix (Pillsbury devil’s food)
- 2 Eggs (Large, Room temperature)
- 1/3 cup Oil
- 1/4 tsp Baking powder
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/3 cups Sprinkles
- 1 cup Chocolate chips (Semisweet, Melted)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, mix together the cake mix, eggs, oil, vanilla extract and baking powder until thoroughly combined.
- Chill this mixture in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
- Scoop out small portions of the dough and form little balls.
- Place them on a cookie tray, lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are firm but center is slightly soft.
- When the cookies cool down completely, dip half of each cookie in a bowl of melted chocolate and place them on a tray, lined with wax paper.
- Toss some sprinkles before the chocolate has a chance to harden.

- Make sure to chill the dough for better handling.
- Using room temperature eggs helps with the mixing process.
