Description

A refreshing and healthy berry yogurt smoothie made with mixed berries and yogurt.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries)
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or any other sweetener)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 and ½ cups orange juice

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender.
  2. Tip – Thaw the frozen berries for 10 minutes for easy blending.
  3. Close the lid and blend until well combined.
  4. Add more juice if the smoothie is too thick for your liking.
  5. Check for the sweetener and add more if needed.
  6. Pour into serving glasses.
  7. Garnish with mint leaves, edible flowers, halved strawberries, and a few blueberries.
  8. Enjoy!
