Description
A refreshing and healthy berry yogurt smoothie made with mixed berries and yogurt.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries)
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or any other sweetener)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 and ½ cups orange juice
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender.
- Tip – Thaw the frozen berries for 10 minutes for easy blending.
- Close the lid and blend until well combined.
- Add more juice if the smoothie is too thick for your liking.
- Check for the sweetener and add more if needed.
- Pour into serving glasses.
- Garnish with mint leaves, edible flowers, halved strawberries, and a few blueberries.
- Enjoy!
