A delicious and easy honey garlic chicken recipe that’s perfect for any night of the week.

- 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- ½ teaspoon Sesame Seeds (for serving)
- 2 Green Onions (sliced for serving)
- 1 cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- ½ cup water
- ¼ cup rice vinegar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup honey
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- ½ teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 Tablespoons cornstarch
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and spray a 9X13 baking dish with a non-stick cooking spray.
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the baking dish.
- Whisk together the sauce ingredients in a small saucepan.
- Heat over medium high heat and bring the mixture to a boil. Cook and stir for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Remove from heat and pour half of the sauce over the chicken in the baking dish. Reserve the remaining sauce.
- Use tongs to carefully toss the chicken in the sauce into the pan to coat it evenly. Cover the pan with foil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165 degrees F).
- Drain off any excess liquid from the pan and pour the remaining sauce over the chicken.
- Serve topped with the sesame seeds and green onions.
