Air Fryer Steak and Potatoes

Description

A delicious air fryer recipe featuring perfectly cooked steak and crispy baby yellow potatoes, garnished with fresh parsley.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye, cut into 1 inch pieces)
  • 1/2 pound baby yellow potatoes (halved or quartered into 1 inch pieces)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (finely chopped)
  • flaky salt

Instructions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine the olive oil with garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper.
  2. Add the potatoes to a medium sized mixing bowl and toss with half of the oil mixture.
  3. Add the cubed beef to another bowl and toss with the other half of the mixture.
  4. Place the potatoes to the air fryer basket in an even layer and air fry at 400F for 8 minutes.
  5. Then add the steak bites to the air fryer basket with the potatoes. Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until steak is cooked to your liking (at least 130F).
  6. When finished, divide the steak and potatoes between two plates and garnish with fresh parsley and flaky sea salt before serving.

  • For best results, ensure that the steak is cut into uniform pieces.
