Description
A delicious air fryer recipe featuring perfectly cooked steak and crispy baby yellow potatoes, garnished with fresh parsley.

- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye, cut into 1 inch pieces)
- 1/2 pound baby yellow potatoes (halved or quartered into 1 inch pieces)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (finely chopped)
- flaky salt
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the olive oil with garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper.
- Add the potatoes to a medium sized mixing bowl and toss with half of the oil mixture.
- Add the cubed beef to another bowl and toss with the other half of the mixture.
- Place the potatoes to the air fryer basket in an even layer and air fry at 400F for 8 minutes.
- Then add the steak bites to the air fryer basket with the potatoes. Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until steak is cooked to your liking (at least 130F).
- When finished, divide the steak and potatoes between two plates and garnish with fresh parsley and flaky sea salt before serving.
Notes
- For best results, ensure that the steak is cut into uniform pieces.
