Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh kale (chopped)
- 1 medium cucumber (peeled and chopped)
- 1 green apple (cored and chopped)
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 inch piece of ginger (peeled)
- 1 cup filtered water
Instructions
- Wash all ingredients thoroughly under cold water.
- Chop kale, cucumber, and apple into smaller pieces for blending.
- In a blender, combine kale, cucumber, apple, ginger, lime juice, and water.
- Blend on high until smooth; add more water if needed for desired consistency.
- Optional: Strain through a fine mesh strainer for a smoother texture.
- Adjust sweetness with additional apple or lime if needed.
- Serve immediately, garnished with a slice of lime or cucumber.
