Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the miso paste, olive oil, maple syrup, and soy sauce until smooth.
  4. Toss the broccoli florets with the miso glaze until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the glazed broccoli on a lined baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 20-25 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, garnish with sesame seeds, and serve.
