- 3 tbsp white miso paste
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets.
- In a bowl, whisk together the miso paste, olive oil, maple syrup, and soy sauce until smooth.
- Toss the broccoli florets with the miso glaze until evenly coated.
- Spread the glazed broccoli on a lined baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 20-25 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, garnish with sesame seeds, and serve.
