- 1 lb sirloin or flank steak
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh herbs (rosemary or thyme)
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, and black pepper.
- Trim excess fat from the steak and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
- Add steak pieces to the marinade and place marinated steak tips on the grill.
- Grill each side for about 3-4 minutes until desired doneness is reached.
- Allow the steak tips to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Marinate the steak for at least 30 minutes for more flavor.
- Serve with a side of vegetables or on a salad for a complete meal.
