Ingredients

- 1 cup flaxseed meal
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flaxseed meal, baking powder, and salt.
- Add eggs and olive oil, then mix well.
- Pour in water and stir until combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool before slicing.
