Ingredients

  • ½ cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
  • ¼ cup coconut oil or butter
  • 24 tablespoons keto-friendly sweetener (like erythritol or monk fruit)
  • 1 ½ teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 12 tablespoons milk of choice (almond milk or coconut milk works well)
  • ½ cup sugar-free chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Soften your base: Start by gently warming the almond butter and coconut oil or butter just enough so they’re easy to mix. About 15–20 seconds in the microwave usually does the trick. You want them soft, not hot.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, and salt. This mix is the flour substitute and gives that cookie-dough texture we love.
  3. Combine wet and dry: Add the softened almond butter and coconut oil to the dry ingredients. Stir in the vanilla extract and 2 tablespoons of sweetener. Blend everything well until a smooth, thick dough starts to form.
  4. Adjust to your taste: Taste the dough. If you’d like it sweeter, add more sweetener one tablespoon at a time. If it’s too thick, stir in a tablespoon of milk at a time until it reaches your desired creaminess.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips: Once the dip is smooth and sweetened to your liking, gently fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips.
  6. Chill or serve immediately: You can serve the dip right away, or chill it for 15–30 minutes if you prefer it slightly firmer. It pairs beautifully with strawberries, sliced apples (for non-keto guests), or even eaten straight from the spoon.
