Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then slice them into wedges.
- In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato wedges with olive oil, zaatar spice, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Spread the seasoned wedges on a lined baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through for even browning.
- Serve hot as a side dish or snack.
