Description

Delicious pepperoni pizza rolls that are easy to make and perfect for dipping!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick.
  3. Evenly sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the dough, followed by pepperoni slices and Italian seasoning.
  4. Tightly roll the dough from one end to form a log and seal edges by pinching.
  5. Slice the log into bite-sized pieces (about 2 inches thick) and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Serve warm with marinara sauce.
