Instructions
- Gather all ingredients on a clean countertop and chop the dark chocolate into small pieces.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, simmer the heavy cream until just below boiling.
- Remove from heat and add the chopped chocolate; let sit for 2 minutes before stirring until smooth.
