Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the baguette diagonally into 1/2-inch pieces.
  3. Arrange the bread slices on a baking sheet, brush both sides lightly with olive oil, and toast for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  4. In a bowl, combine diced tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped basil, salt, pepper, and a splash of olive oil.
  5. Once the bread has cooled slightly, top each slice generously with the tomato mixture.
  6. Drizzle additional olive oil or balsamic glaze if desired. Serve immediately.
