Delicious mini pizzas shaped like pumpkins, perfect for a fun Halloween treat!

- 1 pre-made pizza dough (or homemade dough)
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 bell pepper (orange or yellow, for stems)
- 1 can (4 oz) sliced black olives, drained
- Optional: Cooked ground Italian sausage or pepperoni, for filling
- Optional: Olive oil and garlic powder, for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to about 1/4-inch thickness.
- Using a round cookie cutter (about 3-4 inches) or a glass, cut out circles of dough.
- Transfer the dough circles to the prepared baking sheet.
- Spread about 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce onto each dough circle, leaving a small border around the edge.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
- To make the ‘pumpkin’ shape: Place 3-4 slices of black olive near the top center of each pizza to form triangle eyes and a triangle nose.
- Create a smiling mouth using several olive slices arranged in a curved line.
- Cut the bell pepper into small, rectangular pieces to use as the pumpkin stems. Place one piece at the top of each pizza.
- Bake the mini pizzas for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the dough edges are golden brown.
- Carefully remove from the oven and let cool for 2-3 minutes before serving. Enjoy warm!
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider brushing the edges of the dough with olive oil and sprinkling with garlic powder.
- You can also use different toppings to personalize your mini pizzas!
