- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko recommended)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced

- 8 oz fettuccine or pasta of choice
Instructions
- Prepare Chicken: Slice chicken breasts in half horizontally for thinner pieces. Season with salt and pepper.
- Bread the Chicken: Place flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs in separate bowls. Add garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika to the breadcrumbs; mix well. Dredge each chicken piece in flour, dip into eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Cook the Chicken: Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
- Cook the Pasta: Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Make Alfredo Sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream, reduce heat to low, and stir occasionally. Add Parmesan cheese gradually, stirring until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Assemble the Tacos: Place cooked fettuccine in Alfredo sauce, tossing to coat evenly. Arrange each crispy chicken piece on a taco holder or plate. Top each chicken “taco shell” with a generous portion of Alfredo-coated fettuccine.
