Instructions
- Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Prepare the Filling:
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and 1 cup of sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla extract, orange zest, and orange juice until well combined.
- Fold in 1 cup of cranberries gently.
