Description

Deliciously seasoned baked chicken thighs with crispy skin, perfect for any dinner.


Ingredients

  • 12 Chicken Thighs, Skin on with Bones
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 teaspoons Paprika
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme Leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (or foil) for easy clean up and place a rack on top of the baking sheet.
  3. Place the chicken thighs on the rack.
  4. Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken thighs and use a basting brush to cover them evenly.
  5. Combine all the seasonings together in a small bowl.
  6. Rub the seasoning mixture over the chicken thighs.
  7. Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
  8. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  9. Enjoy!
