Deliciously seasoned baked chicken thighs with crispy skin, perfect for any dinner.

- 12 Chicken Thighs, Skin on with Bones
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 teaspoons Paprika
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme Leaves
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (or foil) for easy clean up and place a rack on top of the baking sheet.
- Place the chicken thighs on the rack.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken thighs and use a basting brush to cover them evenly.
- Combine all the seasonings together in a small bowl.
- Rub the seasoning mixture over the chicken thighs.
- Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
